What we have to offer
THE PROPERTY
With every event at Wildflower Ridge, you'll have access to the exclusive 50-acre piece of countryside for your dreamy, whimsical photos. We can even schedule a time for your engagement photos! We have multiple sites for that perfect backdrop including a (seasonal) wheat and wildflower field, a pine grove, and not to mention the MOST beautiful "golden hour" overlooking our newly built 4.5 acre lake!
VENDORS
The Venue at Wildflower Ridge is committed to excellence both as a stunning venue space and with the services we provide. Clients can choose from our popular vendor list, or customize their own. We have an OPEN VENDOR POLICY! Bring in your favorite desserts, florist, caterers, and DJ, etc! We only ask for you to use our bar services since they're fully licensed and insured.
When you celebrate your special occasion with us, we’ll be sure to do our best to accommodate all of your needs.
(Caterers must be full-service, licensed, and insured)
THE VENUE
These amenities include:
1-hour rehearsal evening (dinner not included)
Tables, chairs, and linens to accommodate up to 300 guests inside
State of the art caterer's prep kitchen with private bath
22' bar equipped with a sink, bottle cooler, and ice machine for back up ice
30-foot ceilings and 25-foot arched windows with an all-white aesthetic
Outdoor ceremony patio, including two covered areas with seating
Arbors and yard games available
Everything is zero entry, too! Meaning we're very flat and have no stairs within
or around the venue which makes it very accessible for your vendors and guests.

THE BLACK & WHITE SUITES
​
These suites are INCLUDED and provide your wedding party two separate places to get ready and hang out on site!
Both suites are 900 sqft and are detached for extra privacy
The groom's suite (The black suite) includes a large, covered back patio, a kitchenette featuring a refrigerator and microwave, a full bathroom, a large, granite bar with an ice maker, cooler, and sink, a loft with a sectional and TV.

The Bridal suite (The white suite) also includes a covered back patio backed up to a secluded wood line, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, six salon stations with a custom built beauty bar and emerald cut salon mirrors, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, a full bathroom, and dressing room with a full length mirror.

FLOOR PLANNING
Open and clear communication is the foundation of every great Wildflower Ridge event. We are available during standard office hours to answer any and all of your questions throughout the wedding planning process. We will coordinate a date with you to 6 weeks from your wedding day (or sooner depending on availability) to plan out your event's floor plan and linen color selection. *Please note, we do not take place of a wedding coordinator - it's highly recommended to look into hiring a professional wedding planner/event coordinator for your big day. This is your one shot to make it all come together smoothly!
